Although these feeds are not particularly suitable for growing or finishing lambs they are ideal for ewes during key periods of the production cycle such as flushing, late pregnancy and lactation.
The benefits of providing the correct nutrition during these key periods are well known and include, amongst others; improved fertility, increased prolificacy, reduced metabolic disorders, increased lamb vigour, increased milk production and lamb growth rates.
