Clover - Nature's Nitrogen
With the emphasis on more production from forage the inclusion of good levels of Clover in a grass sward is very important. Clover, apart from its nitrogen fixing qualities, is full of vitamins and trace elements, is highly digestible and makes a contribution to improving protein levels in both grazed grass and in the clamp. The LEASTRAIN clover blends are formulated to meet the demands of the ley be it grazing, dual purpose or intensive cutting. For 2009 Red Clover cutting mixtures have been added to the Leastrain range
mixtures to increase both yield and protein levels.
